When doing keyword research in SpyFu (the free limited version) what determines which amount Google pays out to the website owner? For example, Keyword X CPC (according to SpyFU is .50-2.50) what determines whether Google bases adsense payment on the .50 CPC or the 2.50 CPC?
And also, in your experiences, what is the minimum amount of advertisers you will accept to move forward on a keyword?
