Even low quality, free directories send an email letting you know if your site was accepted or rejected.

Is this too much to ask from DMOZ?

I know it is a free directory but I'm sure many would be willing to paid for review and a fair shot at listing a high quality site.

  • DMOZ is irrelevant, corrupt, and has faded into obscurity. Don't invest too much time on it. Submit and forget.

    • I heard is still pretty good. No as good as Yahoo but a lot of cheaper>>>free.
  • DMOZ is good. I submitted about 6 months ago and it was just accepted. No email though....I just kept searching every couple weeks. DMOZ is good for TRUST and AUTHORITY....Just what google likes.
