Adwords Expert, PLS HELP!!!!!

Hi,
I have asked several people and even called google (a real joke) for help, this is something I think most people with some experience can advise me on.

I have been trying to load my keywords for my adwords campaign and I want to add a new ADGROUP not a new campaign, but I don't see how to do that, all it allows me to do is add a new campaign, but I want everything to stay within the same campaign.

all it says is add keywords or new campaign.

Pls help this is holding me up from taking the next step.

    Click on the Campagin. Click the New AdGroup button. It's under the graph.

    Hi thank you, there isn't anything under the graph only "add Keywords"
    I haven't loaded any ads yet, could that be the problem?
