Who designs your image ads for content network?

I am looking for a designer that understands the content network and copywriting to design a few banner ads and write the copy for me. Any recommendations?

  • If you live in a College Town you can find some great artists working for cheap by posting in the appropriate area of the school paper or bulletin boards.

    I've found some great cheap talent that way.

    As far as designing for Adwords... you really have to tell them what you want. Designers are not marketers.
