Why Adwords account doesn't work?

Hi Warriors

I wouldn't ask this unless I have found an answer to this problem. I have had Adwords account for over 2 years and recently or actually in last few months, not any campaign of mine are running and I don't know the reason for this. Here are some important things to be considered:

1. I have money in my balance.
2. I have checked all my campaigns keywords, they are all eligible and they also have Quality score at least 5 or over.
3. All my ads are reviewed and approved by Google.

So what is the problem of my account that it doesn't show my ads? These ads are PPC and they are not running on search engines neither in any website. So what could be problem? Anyone can help me? I can't either contact Adwords stuff because there's no contact information of their.

    • No, I have not. Every campaign on my account are running but still nothing. I can't see any results, every time it shows 0 everything. I try to contact them.
  • Have you got manually bidding enabled? your cpc might be too low.

    • I have checked that too, its not too low. Some of my campaigns have too low cpc but not all.

    • Well my bids are quiet high, they are at least 0.80$, so almost one dollar and they are not high paying keywords. So I think that should be enough.
  • obviously not, raise your bids, 9 times out of 10 is that you're not bidding high enough.
    and or, your ads are not laser targeted to your home page and your ad text content does NOT match any content word for word on your website.

    • I have bidded CPC for $2 and still nothing. Have I got Google slap?
  • It usually is the fact that you are not bidding enough, but it seems like google can really do some crazy stuff when it comes to home much is being bid and what it takes to make it to the top.
