[paying job] - how to get a youtube video to page one in google

what I'm looking for, is a fast and easy way to get a video to the first page of google in about one week. I've been having a hard time finding good info on this anywhere... I understand basic SEO practices, and I know how to get some quick and easy backlinks through social bookmarking, but I'd like to get the whole thing down so it can be repeated quickly and easily.

here's what I've got so far:
(I'm new here and don't have many posts so far, so hopefully giving a bit of value to go along with my request would be helpful to someone)

1. find a good keyword, I'm targeting local businesses, so I'm looking for keywords that a business is already bidding on with adwords, and that would be easy to rank for. 'easy to rank for' being decided mainly with 'intitle' being under a hundred, and total search results under 300,000 (without quotes) I also looked a bit to make sure the last item on the first page only had a few backlinks in yahoo.

2. post the video on youtube, making sure the video has the keywords in the spoken dialogue in natural places. Set the title and description appropriately.

3. Bookmark using socialmarker.com

that's it so far, and with my first attempt... the video appeared at the top of page two for a few days, then disappeared. Presumably because social bookmarking is a short term boost?

So again, any tips for the fellow warriors looking to do this? Or better yet, how about helping me out and making some quick money on the side? PM me if you'd be interested.

    There is this assumption that there is some mythical magical way that you can just post something and then do something and get on the first page for whatever you are trying to do.

    And the only way to do that would be to know EXACTLY what Google wants. If you worked for Google and were privy to that information then you could pull it off.

    Until then you do what all SEO people do. You analyze, reverse engineer and then test.

    And just wanting to be number one isn't enough and being willing to put in all the effort isn't enough.

    Sometimes you can do it sometimes you can't. But you need to really see who your competitors are... because some are so big and established that no matter what you won't be able to move them.
