Tip on better google maps rankings

The closer you put your business address to the center of your city, the higher your listing is usually positioned on the Google Maps list.

For example, I had a client who has been trying to figure out why his competitor always is right above him and when I let him know about this he immediately saw the reason was exactly that.

There's some more like reviews, adding videos, and stuff but that one tip above should help a lot of people trying to get better google map rankings.

So how do you use this to your advantage if you aren't located in the heart of the city.?

you can but one thing is if you already have an account and you try to switch over they will ask most times for physical postcard mail verification of address, however myself and a lot of people I spoke to never get these google verifications by postcard.

you can set up seperate account and new phone number. I'm not telling you to do this, but your address is where you put your address. So if you are in california and you put new york google maps listing, you need to put in new york address/
