Biggest Bang for my/your bucks?

If you were going to spend $50 on building backlinks to 3 of your keyword pages what would be the most effective way to spend your money:

1) Get a service to build 125 Angela and Paul type links (3 keywords/urls in each ) at say 40 cents each

2) Get a service to build 100-125 Social bookmarks (high PR sites) to each of your 3 pages

3) Get a service to write and submit 12 articles (4 articles for each keyword) to the the best article sites.

I realise some people might want to disagree with the price base I have used for each of the 3 types of services. But what I am trying to figure out is what type of backlink delivers the biggest bang for my or your bucks?

    I have also done all the above three options to my sites/blogs.

    All the options do take some time to get the required traffic and rank. I am not sure which one would be better as each option has a unique importance.

    I would hire someone from GAF and pay $1.5 for 30 articles of 300 words each. I will then submit 10 articles to article directories including EZA. The remaining 20 articles will be posted in 10 sites inside my linkwheel... I think that's effective enough...
