Adsense ads below tittle? Yes or No?

That should be fine. It's putting images immediately above or below your ads that you cannot do and that is mentioned in their TOS. By doing so it gives the impression to people that the images are related to the ads being shown.

I was browsing and found this Inside AdSense: Another look at optimizations.

I guess, its not allowed with headings like Top Deals, Click here for best deals etc...

For normal niche article tittles,it should be ok.

This is what i assume after reading that.
