Profitpal.com is promising 100% commissions? - Is this true?!?

Hi Guys,
I have posted another thread in another section about this but i want to make sure the this affiliate program is reputable.
I have been a Clickbank affiliate for about 2 months now. I recently noticed that one of there vendors is offering 100% commissions on all clickbank products??
Can this be true? I did some research and the vendor is Profitpal.com
Has anyone ever promoted any products from Profitpal.com??
