Is Uniquefier WordPress Plugin Legal For Adsense

I am really baffled at this type of Wordpress plugin called "Uniquefier"
I bought a blog site and I recently came across the the plugin when I visited the installed plugins.
On further examination of the source codes, I notice that it has these series of numbers which are in place for the real article content that is supposed to be on the webpage.
The other thing is I was putting links to my other blogs and websites but I cannot find them because of he series of numbers that are in place of the actual words.
My question now is, is this legal in terms of using adsense and for SEO purposes? Do I get penalized for this?
I need clarity and some suggestions, comments and advice on this subject for proper guidance on my blog maintenance.
