Best Web 2.0 site for Money Site?

Hi warriors!

I wanted to build some pages around some keywords, but before buying a domain for each one of them, I would like to do some tests using free Web 2.0 sites / blogs, etc, and then, with the winners, go for its own domain.

I would love to get (if possible):

- good for SEO
- no adsense
- can change layout / theme

In your experience, what can you recommend here?

P.S. I would be using this web as my money site, then I would get backlinks from other sites, article networks, etc.

  • I forgot to mention webstarts, tumblr, intodit, also very good platforms for blogging.

  • Would Wordpress or Blogger close my account if they see that I am clearly building an affiliate site?
  • I'm not sure about WP, but with blogger you can go much easier.
  • I use WordPress no problem. Each site I create takes me about a half-day to custom code, but that's because I create my own custom themes from scratch. I love WordPress for its flexibility!
  • Check out Ning.com. It will let you create blogs and a social network. It can grow much faster than a blog. It has way more features and if you ever want to buy your own domain for it you can. It is a great add-on to any website.
