How to get Adsense like this one?

Hi,
Been to this site (XE - Universal Currency Converter) to convert the currencies. However I noticed at the end of the page;
There are 3 Google Ads (Trade Currencies, Get current analysis and forecasts, Get currency rates for your global business).
It would be great if we can get those Ads, I think it converts. But when I click, I still linked to the same site :confused:
