Other ways to keep my content fresh?

Hello I am currently promoting a sex toy store. (See signature, yes it is affiliate link) With the store itself having thousands upon thousands of items, I have decided to focus on one very specific thing, and build the store around it. Once I get this website going, I will move onto another niche within the store.
So, for starters, I started working with the sex dolls. Then decided it was too broad, so I picked the Anime Sex Dolls as my first niche.
If you go to my page, you can see that I have created a custom banner for my website, and I also have a custom "Best Anime Sex Dolls On The Internet" slider with the anime sex dolls I offer.
So I think I'm on the right track here to making this all about the anime dolls, but how can I keep google happy with fresh content? I added a page "history of anime sex dolls" and put the link below my banner.. I felt an article about sex dolls would be okay for now. What else can I do? Maybe throw a fresh article up there daily?
