2. Upload a video and attach a short and and to the point description (just about one sentence or so)

Why would you want a long description when short and to the point will do? You basically answered your own question.

Bots won't reward you for being wordy any more than they will reward you for writing a poor description.

Write for people... in a compelling and concise fashion.
