How do you find your blogs to comment to on?

What methods do you use to find blogs to comment on? I'm was thinking about going to coding route but it just takes so long to learn a language that I feel like I'm pulling away from IM....so I'd rather not try to re-invent the wheel if you know what I mean.

I've heard of Angela packets and scrapebox but I've rather go the free route....anyway to doing this?

    I know you said you want to go the free route but scrapebox really is worth it.

    If you don't have it then you probably don't realize how great it is.

    Download a trial and use the opportunities area of the software, it does blogs, forums and all sorts of web 2.0 site related to your keyword.
