Keyword Targeted Contextual Networks?

I have had decent success using the Google Content Network. I attribute a lot of this success to tightly targeting my campaigns with specific keywords.

I am pretty unfamiliar with other contextual ad networks besides Yahoo, Bing, and Google. Are there other large networks out there that give you the option to use keyword targeting?

    Twitter has a so called "real time" search engine. You could try there. I haven't used it much, but don't need a reason to so far.
