What extra should i do to increasing google rankings

I am following all the ways to increasing my Google rankings. I have tried SEO, Affiliate marketing, blog writing and comments, Article writing and word press also.

What else should i do for marketing and to increase the Google rank?

    Maybe its just me and I'm tired because its after midnight....but you didn't mention backlinks...which is by far the most important factor in google rankings.

      Hi Fix,

      You can try Social Bookmarking, as well as pinging. If you are commenting on other blogs and such, try to find a blog related, not directly to your niche. Usually you can find some pretty good ones ranked high that are related to a niche (not sure what your niche is), but give it a shot. You can also post on high ranked forums, just contribute useful stuff, not spammy links trying to get people to click on your sig. Best of luck to you.

    Get an automated tool for creating back links to inner pages in your site. Directory submission don't work on inner pages so you are stuck with back links from
    articles (can be automated 100%)
    blogs (but not quite automated cause auto = spam in case of blogs
    social bookmarking
    forum back links but those are not automated because you must provide valuable content for the forum otherwise you just spam and get banned

    create back links to your inner pages every day.

        Yes, backlink is the most important factor. If you want to rank your website, build high PR backlinks to your website as many as you can.

          .edu and .gov links are high valued backlinks. While Google's Matt Cutt has openly made a statement saying that Google does not give special preference to these links, there has been much disagreement on this. Many people have found proof that Google loves them so what do you think. For me I still think they are worth a lot more than say a .com link.

    Updating content and getting quality backlinks are the main key factors that can help you to get high ranking in Google. Also check the keywords you're using for your site. Check those keywords competition, search volume etc.

    Now, it's time to try social media sites like Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, etc. They are not going to help you to improve your site Google ranking but you can do branding of your business out there along with generating quality traffic.

    And I would suggest to try web2.0 sites like hubpages, squidoo, wikidot, etc. for better improvement in search engines. Pages from those sites are loved by Google.
