Smartpriced In Adsense Sharing Sites?

Do you get smart priced if you have adsense on adsense sharing sites such as hubpages and xomba? For example, my hubpage might convert well, but other people's hubpages might be junk, would that affect my account?

    When I look at hubpage's pagesource, I see that there is an ad host and a ad client... the host is hubpage's adsense while the ad client one is my code. Does that mean the adsense publisher code is not different?
