My way of selecting the Good Keywords

I have some stratagy to select the good keywords using some google tools, i hope you may like my stratagy .

I am explaining with some instance. for exmaple if you have website for programming then take the keyword called "programming " and go the tool provided by google adwords for keyword seach :

url : adwords.google.co.in/select/KeywordToolExternal

here you can search with the keyword called programming then you will get some results with the compititaion level,local search ,global search statistics now choose the keyword which is relavent to your site which is having less compititation and good enough global search statistics.picup all such kind of keywords and make a list .

Now go to the google trends

url: google.com/trends

here search the each keyword what you have picked up befour with selected region , date(latest). Now final selection would be in your hands ,you can choose the keyword which is having the good search volume in targated countries.
