Getting Quality Links

Hi there again. It seems that I am getting a lot of great ideas from you guys and I really want to make this one site work so I'll go ahead and shoot the question. I am really trying my darn best to get this site http://labelle-wastesystems.com a high ranking page but it seems that all my efforts are not paying off. So I want to know what SEO efforts I can do to get quality links specific to this type of business -- dumpster rental. I also want to know whether buying high page rank links will help speed up the process.

    It looks like a very local company. So target local search and sites. Get links from other local sites, target local keyword variations etc, google business listings etc.

    No point in ranking for "dumpster rental" - "dumpster rental my location" is the term you want to rank for.

    You are in fourth spot for me for the term "dumpster rental haverhill". So look at the sites above you in that term - where are they getting links from, what content do they have, what keywords are they targeting.

    Hello,
    I have read every where that you need to have the quality backlinks...But my question is that higher the Pr is and we get backlink from them those are counted as quality backlinks?
