How to Increase Ezine Articles Page Rank?

I have been putting a fair amount of unique articles onto ezine recently (for back linking purposes), with very nice results. I recently reviewed the last 100 articles i did, and quite a few of them are PR n/a however there are also loads that are pr0,1,2,3 and even a few pr 4's. I examined the high pr articles and most of them did not have any backlinks to them, or had not been published anywhere.

So how did the articles get to pr 4 when some only get to pr n/a? If they are both the same age, and both have 0 backlinks, why is one article a pr4 and another pr n/a? Has anyone else experienced this?

    Google toolbar pagerank is not real pagerank. Real pagerank of all your articles is n/a or maximum 0. Latest pagerank update appeared at the start of April. Articles that got page rank 3 or 4, It may be at the time of update your articles were getting links from Eza homepage or from some other pages that have high pagerank. At next google toolbar pagerank update, if you check pagerank again you will find that all your articles are back to pagerank n/a provided you do not give them links.
