Should I Be Using Keywords from Analytics to Guide My SEO?

Hi all,

As you know, Google Analystics is a very useful feature for websites and blogs. I understand that there is a feature where you can see what keywords searchers type to find your blog. In one of my blog, I've got 700+ keywords but only 150 of them see no bounce rate or have spent a certain amount of time on my blog. Should I use the keywords to build the SEO of my blog?

    I would actually test that out fated82,
    don't just go completely on that alone. I use market samurai as well to hone in on keywords that are less competition. So try both and test out your results.
