What is the best SEO Software?

I'm a long time lurker looking for advice. I work as a copywriter for an SEO company. Since we're down a bit of man power, I've been taking on more of an SEO role.

We're looking to expand and automate a lot of what we do, starting with the basics. Since this software will be used by the entire back end, we'd prefer it to be paid and not have limited functionality. Free programs that work are great, but you know what they say about free stuff.

I'm looking for a program (s) that:
-Automatically tracks keyword rankings (we have 50 really important clients to track and at least 5x that amount in smaller clients)
-Automate Directory Submission
-Any other useful programs

Our client base is a mix of law firms and local service oriented businesses. We've done the bulk of the work manually and in-house (I know, I know). The company has grown a lot recently. We're even hiring a proper SEO Manager (anybody looking for work in Houston?), but until he or she is hired I have to make this work. My sanity is at stake here.

    If your a serious company, you should be able to afford custom coded software, so head over to hire a freelancer or something, or even hire somebody locally, explain exactly what you need doing, get them to code it and your sorted.

    I think to make better SEO is by manually submitted your link to do follow site. Manually submite is more better than use the any software

    I use a collection of tools. These include SEO Power Suite and Market Samurai. All of them have some tool or function I find useful.
