Can Pop Ups affect PR?

Ok you SEO Gurus,

A comment was made to me that my pop up which is effectively a pop up squeeze page could affect Google love. You can see my pop up at Organic clothing & eco-friendly clothing made from bamboo, organic cotton, hemp and soy. This squeeze page is fairly important as using it has allowed us to improve lead capture and conversion rates. However, if there is unanimous confirmation that this type of pop-up could impact my page rank, then I may need to consider options.

    • Google PR has nothing to do with popups.

      But in PR, public relations, people hate them.

      If the popup is a javasript, google does not
      even run javascripts 99.99% of the time when crawling pages.

      But even even if they did, it has nothing to do with PR.

      PR is a byproduct of SEO.
