Tags, track backs, comments and so many more questions I need answers to :)

Hi All

I run a lot of Wordpress sites and I have questions relating to them, to do with SEO.

1) Tags. I have a plugin that suggests tags, but there seem to be so many for each post. Is this helpful as when I look at some of my stats, I find visitors coming to my site not necessarily because of my keywords but because of a tag in a post. They don't necessarily stop as it might not give them the information they are searching for. How do you set up your tags?

2) Track-backs from other sites. I have articles being drip fed into the UAW system and there are track-backs coming in. Is approving track-backs good for SEO?

3) Comments. Do I approve relevant comments made by someone looking for a link back to their site, regardless of their sites PR or content?

4) Posts that are published from auto blog software, that aren't relevant to my site or keyword, when I find them, is it ok to delete them once they are live and possibly indexed?

5) Is it necessary to post content to your site everyday in order to keep receiving traffic or is there a point at which you can stop and use other forms of SEO to keep the search engines sending traffic?

I hope that I can learn from your responses and that others may benefit from them as well

Regarding comments: If you're worried about leaking PR, use nofollow. One thing I really like is having my comments nofollow but having a top commenter widget with dofollow enabled only on the main page. It'll create a commenting competition and you're only giving away 2-5 dofollow spots
