Well, I'm getting to the point where I just can't do all the backlinking myself... I could always outsource it to individuals But does anyone recommend a service out there where they already know what they are doing that is quality and effective???

    I would suggest engaging an SEO Consultant and making the outsource project one of keywords ranking rather than building 'X' number of links. 1000 PR 0 links is worth lesser than one PR5 dofollow link.
