Adsense on multiple sites? What are the know-how

I have adsense account approved for one of my sites. I want to use the same adsense code for another site of mine. I have read on google that I just have to add code on other site and google will take the note of it. but my concern is, say I have sites A and B. I earlier had applied for adsense with site A. Application was not replied by google. Meanwhile I got adsense approved for Site B. Now can I use same ad code in site A? Will this ban my account?
I have read that if google does not reply to application, we are supposed to wait for 6 months before making a new application. So should I wait for 6 months and then put ad code on site A?

Sorry for making it long. I just could not figure out what to do.

Once approved you can use the Adsense code on any sites you have, you don't need to ask permission or open a new account anytime you want to add the code to a different domain. But if anyone of your sites goes against Google's TOS they can close your account, and not just the offending domain.

Even if the other site's adsense application is not replied by google?

I'm not Google, maybe it goes against their TOS, and if it does they could close the account without any warning. It's happened before with people really focusing on Adsense and doing it for a length of time.

If it were me I'd put it on since it wasn't denied, if I felt it wasn't breaking the TOS. But the TOS is subjective at times and anytime you put Adsense on a site that isn't approved you run the risk of having your account closed. Even if you make the wrong changes that goes against the TOS on the site that was approved you run that risk.
