What is this wordpress theme?

I'm trying to build a new SEO site and I have been researching for a wordpress theme that can do something like the following at driversedguru[dot]com. (I do not have more than 15 posts in this forum so I was unable to post a link here. Sorry for that)

I got a few questions regarding this site:
1) Do anyone of you know what's the name of the above theme and where can I find this theme?
2) How do the site owner create sub-categories and posts without having any dates listed in the site.
3) How do he put small pictures beside the summary of each posts and create a short summary for viewer to click on.

Thanks in advance if you know the answer for the above questions.
