Pretty much the content network, is your ads being placed on other peoples websites.

Websites that are running adsense ads.

If you choose to have your adwords ads running on their content network, your ads will appear in relevant sites....However I suggest you research related websites within your niche/business and specify them.

With the content network you can actually get more specific if you'd like.

So find a website running adsense you want your site on, and add it to your campaign settings.

Ron Rajan had a video product that went into detail on this a while back as a WSO. Pretty detailed. He has a free video now that shows how he does it for one niche, but I think you can translate this to any niche. I think you could still get his product if you wrote to him, but you better check with him on that.
