Focus on effective link building

One very big problem most webmasters face is that they cannot focus on the effctive link building strategies, and they always end up going from one resource to another.
Like being on this forum, and reading the posts to find something new and effctive and after few hourse you find out that you have wasted all the day reading stuff that most of it could not help.
