Are you with EPN or Ebay Partners network?
If you are and you are using BANS, phpbay, wordbay or McJiffy easy then you could be breaking there terms of service. If you do not comply before June 8th you will have your epn account terminated without prior notice.
I have written a thread about this in the programming section to try and help anyone else with the same problem as myself.
