Article marketing linking strategies

I've been searching for quite awhile now and I can't seem to find anything on linkin g strategies. I'd like to use article marketing for getting my main sites major link juice and authority status, but I'd also like to re-write some of these articles and post to directories and social sites for link juice and traffic. Then I suppose I'll need to post articles on even more sites with links to my EZA and articles directory articles, etc.

Is there a good guide or even better a flow-chart, that breaks all this down?

      Yes, Bookmarking your articles is really helpful, I have noticed that lot of people who submit articles to our article directory will also bookmark their articles and the ones who do so usually get 50% more viewers than the ones who do not bookmark they articles. Most of the article directories have share this button so it is really easy to bookmark them anyway.

      It's my main traffic generation source. My ultimate goal is to get as much traffic as possible to my sites.

    Boosting your backlinks is good. If you have a social networking site like twitter. You can also post it there.

    Here's a tip: Use one article to link back to a previous related article. This gives the first article more authority and increases the value of the link.

      That's exactly what I do. If I write my own article it goes to ezine first then when I write my next article I put 2 links in my resource box 1 to my site and the other to the previous article. I use articlebot to do the second part.

      If I'm spinning some PLR. I'll do the same thing but instead of submitting to ezines, I'll submit it to one of the other directories such as goarticles or articlebase or maybe a document sharing site.

      To give my articles some more link juice to give them every chance of ranking in the serps I bookmark them and submit them to rss directories.

      On rare occasions if I feel it's worth the effort I'll do some other backlinking as well.

    i dont know if it still works but look up the linkwheel. but bookmarking does wonders, try socialmarker.com. signing up to all the bookmarking sites is a pain. but it helps
