adCenter conversion tracking inconsistent?

Anybody having issues with adCenter's conversion tracking not being consistent? It'll track a conversion even though my affiliate network account shows no sales were made.

I guess adCenter's conversion tracking is as unreliable as Adwords.

So far adCenter is showing that this campaign has made 8 conversions yet my affiliate network account shows only 4 conversions. Adwords is totally the opposite where it'll tend not to record a conversion at all.
