If I target the phrase "General Contractor New Jersey" as my keyword phrase and optimize my website for it, will I also be optimized for "New Jersey General Contractor?" Google's keyword tool doesn't seem to make the distinction so I'm wondering if the phrase is interchangeable. Any ideas?
