how to block a group of urls in google webmasters tools?

Hi,

I have a little problem here. I have a currency settings on my site, making
duplicate content (every currency is separate url) and I'm thinking of the best way to stop it, because I'm getting penalized by google (at least i think this is the case). Someone told me I can do this in webmasters tool or by site map, or no-follow, but don't want to do this manually one by one.

Can you guys advise?

    Good luck finding a way to do this without manually doing it one by one (and please let me know if you find a way)! My experience has been gathering the URLs from the index, blocking them with a robots.txt file and then removing them from the index in WMT.
