High PR Rank SOC Green

I am finding great keywords but when i look in google there are high page rank sites like 4,5,6.confused do i still pick these keywords or not?i use micro niche finder tells me green strength of competition.

    Theres too many factors to even give you a valid answer for this.

    How many backlinks do they have for that page?
    Is that page optimized for that keyword?
    How long has that page been up?

    The list goes on and on but those 3 are better factors to look at then PR.

    i am pretty sure that MNF does not analyze SEo competition like MS does. this is exaclty the point: Looking at SEOC or SEOCT *alone* has not much use..you have to check the current #10 sites on google and see how strong they are. If there are indeed all PR 4,5,6 with lots of backlinks and high domain age you might have a hard time ranking.

    Eg. example...i could look up some rather obscure medical term and MNF and MS at first tell me that its "easy" since there is no competition. (Because the term is rather rare and obscure). But then you see the current top #10 and those are all established medicine sites and edu talking about that condition...would be hard to rank.

    Keywords with too many pr5's and pr6's on 1st page might not be of your best interest. if they are all pr2, then i would say its safe and easy to dominate

      the problem is i see PR 5,6,7 in between i see one 3 or 2.
      so can we take those places?is it worth doing seo for those keywords?

        First let me say that websites aren't assigned PR, web pages are. So a websites home page may have high PR but you could be competing with an internal page that has very little PR.

        Secondly, search engine results aren't ranked by PR, they are ranked by relevance. Don't let the PR intimidate you, there are numerous PR0 pages that outrank PR5, PR6, PR7 and PR8 pages. Ignore the PR and take a closer look at the pages for relevance signals. All that PR doesn't help if none of the backlinks are relevant. SOC is not determined by PR, it is determined by total relevancy scores.

    Page rank is not the only thing which is used to rank hign on SE.. If you can create a good site with quailty back links and contents then you can unquestionably be on top of others..
