How much should I pay for an adwords campaign set up

I want a Google Qualified Adwords Expert to set up a PPC campaign for about 400 to 500 keywords.

What should I look for in the service provider and what should I be prepared to pay as the service charges for campaign set up?

The givens are: the KWs list, the geographical territory here i want good adwords to appear and the monthly budget information is ready with me.

    You're missing the most important part...the ads that you want displayed and which keywords you want associate with each ad.

    The quality of the ads dictate the click through rate of each individual keyword and therefore dictates the success of your overall campaign.

    If you are want them to provide the ads you can pay about $100 and they'll give you something that probably won't work very good.

    Or you could pay about $500 and you'll get someone who actually understands direct response marketing and can craft a set of ads that people will click on. I typically charge my clients over $1k to set up the campaign but I am in a very specialized niche and have already prewritten the entire campaign.

    But don't forget that an Adwords campaign is not a "set it and forget it" sort of thing. Setting it up is the easy part, maximizing click throughs over the long haul....that's the hard part.

    Each person may have different set up costs, so it would be best to shop around for a few different quotes.

    you then say you want good adwords to appear and month budget so unsure if you also require ongoing support / account management / if so put that into the mix as well.

    I charged US200 on rentacoder to setup a campaign which took me a few hours. They knew exactly what they wanted so I delivered it quickly.

      You didn't indicate how many ads and landing page URLs you wanted but if you only want 1 ad per keyword and a 1 landing page URL for all keywords I'd say $300-$500 is fair...It should scale from there if you add more keywords, ads, and landing page URLs.
