    Hi deadbetatcobra,

I wanted to tell you to be more patient. Lol... Just kidding.

Anyway, here are some of my tricks.
    1) Get links going to your web 2.0...
You can do it without paying. Submit an article to ezine article and link it to your page.

Another thing, submit rss. Find the rss button for you article. Most web 2.0 have rss. Just press the rss button, get the rss url and submit it to feedping, pingoat or feedburner.

    Hope it helps.

Pinging works. In fact PING everything you post. Pinging Web 2.0 with pingomatic or feedping will get you noticed no doubt, but google may not show your link even after that so don't hope and depend on that.

Is the content you put on them worth google even bothering to index it? Regurgitated PLR that it already had 5,000 copies of in the index? [ Yes they willl and do index it ] - just sayin'

Well, imagine how many Web 2.0 websites are created every day. You probably need some leverage to stand apart.

Try getting some local backlinks, meaning go comment on other Hubs, Lense or blogs, even if it's nofollow you will still look 'real' to Google. Or get a few linkbacks from articles or other blogs.

It's not that hard really, but Web 2.0 isn't all that effective for SEO anymore. They can do quite well on their own though.
