PPC Cost Question

Hi everyone- I need some help

I am targeting some obscure PPC terms for real estate, targeting some groups.... The market for the terms for PPC are not dominated, meaning no one has targeted for them before in my country singapore.

My question is, if there is no other competition for those terms, what are the expected prices to pay to appear on the adwords? I will be TOP, seeing there is no competition. Can anyone help?

    go into the keyword tool and check the average cpc, this will give you a rough idea, but if there is no other person you can expect to pay lower prices. ? ask why this is ? you may just have jagged a winner or two but probably they are low volume or non productive keys ?

    If there are less competition, the PPC should be cheaper.
