Domain and different hosting

I've got my Domains listed with a registrar and used masked forwarding to my host at HostGator. Does it matter in terms of link building?

I mean I'm still going to get the link juice to my site because the links go to the domain right?

  • Doesn't matter really. So long as you direct backlinks to your site, it will still get the same backlink juice.
