Is it hard to sell .net sites?

I've been designing adense sites using asp.net. I chose this route since this is my background. I focus on product review content and use a database to store the site content.

I am wondering now if this could present a technical hurdle when I decide to sell the sites in the future.

Is it better to build adsense sites using just plain html? I would appreciate your feedback.

    Linux with Cpanel now dominates the market for small business hosting. It would be best that either you use plain html or switch to using php mysql
