hello warrior,
i would like to know your recommendation of your SEO tools that create decent professional layout and yet informative. Because this report will be use for client reporting.

Currently i use WEBCEO, although the tools is OK, their report system is not informative and confusing

So right now i'm thinking to invest other SEO Tools that can provide informative report and easy to understand (and also fast creation)... could you give me suggestion ?

Hi there, I have used most of these over the years and found webceo to be pretty good. The reports are a little confusing to clients but once you have explained the reports they normally get the hang of them. But be aware webceo has bad habbit of updating and inserting references to themselves which clients can see in the reports even when you have disabled all references in the setup tabs.

Do you use professional edition of web ceo? I am creating reports with it for 2 years now and have never seen any mentioning of webceo. What reports are you talking about?

As said, Web CEO is the best for me in creating reports, I have tried IBP also, but it seems to create not very informative ones.

Webceo also lets you use report viewer - so you do not need to send all the reports via email.

Since i begin to use WEBCEO, their Report System is always on beta phase, several feature like "optimization advice and analysis" can't be exported into report viewer, so you must export/print it manually.

Currently i'm thinking about IBP and SEO Powersuite in high prortity to combine with my webceo.. especially for provide report to my client.

@ocsSEO01, Traffic Travis is the cheapest one could you provide their report example ?

i also browse and find SEO Studio give reporting capability as well... maybe someone could provide me some user review ?

Personally, I believe the best is IBP - iBusinessPromoter.

It's a bit expensive, but it produces super quality reports very quickly.

Cant you just grant the customer access to your google analytics information? I thought there was a way to grant read permission to analytics reports? Someone correct me if I'am wrong.

What better resource to use besides google? How much better of an authority do you want besides the #1 search engine?

Yes.. IBP is the best one to use. It is more easy that Webceo. Webceo does great job but it is really complicated than IBP..

While IBP has an impressive 'thud factor' with clients, I find it's actual analysis to be questionable.
    1) They rate things that do not count - like meta keywords, html comments, etc.
    2) if the competition has really horrible seo, it will flag good seo with red alerts because it is outside the range of the crappy competitions' scores.
    3) They ignore everything but the homepage.

By giving your clients an IBP report, you are pretty much roping yourself into providing what IBP says you should. I personaly find I can not do this, as I trust my analysis more then it's analysis.

I use traffic travis, but I do not think much of their reports as they don't provide a analysis of the competitions backlinks (in the printable report), which for me is HUGE.
