Am I banned from Google forever?

Hi Forum,

I made the rookie mistake of trying to promote an affiliate site of a clickbank product on Google adwords -- they ran for 2 days (I made 3 sales!) but then Google shut it down saying I had violated the terms of service because the quality score for the sites was so low ...

OK.

Fast forward 3 months -- I get a $100 voucher in the mail from GoDaddy for Google. I set up a new account promoting my own site with my own products, with a different email on a different server, different mailing address, different phone -- the only thing that was the same was the credit card to be used (I only have 1 I use for business...)

The account sat there for about two weeks with no activity -- finally I sent emails to google support -- and eventually got an answer back that said it appeared that "aspects of my acccount" had been associated with another account that had violated the terms of service and that I was banned from Google. I emailed back and said "How do I fix that?" And no reply -- it's been about 3 weeks --

So, have I been banned from Google adwords FOREVER? Or is there some way to appeal or explain? I have been getting sales from Facebook ads, and I still run some ads on Yahoo and Bing, but I would love to be on Google too.

Thoughts?

Yes. Chances of you every getting another account if any of the info is the same is slim to none.....
