Wordpress Site HELP! On-Site Optimization

Hello:

I have recently finished the general design of my website, and I've done a few things in terms of SEO.

I am asking for some advice as to how my site appears in terms of search engine optimization.

The site is www.adamack pro.com (Delete the space, of course)

- What should I change?
- What should I add?
- Which other widgets (aside from All-In One-SEO Pack) should I install?
- Should I get rid of anything? Should I add more content toward the top?
- Does anyone offer any services in terms of Wordpress site optimization?

    In terms on page SEO your doing fine. I would not stress it too much since off page SEO holds a lot more value.

    I would work on site optimization now in terms of setting things up to maximize your conversions.

    I have just added my keywords to the very top of my website in a header text format. Should I keep this as is, or remove it?

    As for off-site, I am going to do article marketing and blog-writing, My blog is on the page, so it will eventually be filled with content. Is this a good idea? Or would it be better if the content was on the home page?

    I am also doing link exchanges, as you can see on my Links page.
