The best plugin for Title Tags and Description (for wordpress)

I can't get one of my sites to show the title tag and description the way I want it to no matter what I do. What is the best and simplist plugin for wordpress to get the title tag and description to show up how you want it to?

    Check your permalink structure. If you use the custom -/%postname%/- structure your title tag should read what you have named your post In the later versions of wordpress (i.e. 2.7+) you should be able to edit the title directly above the posting interface.

    I've been using Headspace 2 for over a year now and I won't use anything else. It seems pretty daunting at first with all the settings and options but with a little logic you can work it out easy enough. Do a google search on the name and you should find some of my guides in the top 5 results on various sites.

    As the tagline says - it's seo on steroids. No other plugin can let you do what this monster will. And once you've got the hang of how it all works it easier to use than any other plugin around.
