Hey Warriors

this is a question/topic id love to hear feedback and discuss with fellow warriors whom use adwords regularly to grow there business

Ok recently unfortunately all my campaigns, adwords got a sudden surge of low quality score...presumbly a human editor has come into my account and slapped everything...

now I know why this has happend - landing page quality and its due to an exit pop I used everytime someone left...which i know shouldnt be allowed and low and behold....the inevitable has happend

but the problem I face is although ive been google slapped....i have fixed all the problems associated with my account and campaigns

keyword relevance is fine
so is page load time...just landing page quality (which has now been fixed) but because the url destinations are the same...

so how will gogle ever realise everything is fine and get my ads showing again?

thanks in advance for everyones input

Forget Adwords, they are a b*tch to deal with, try other forms of paid advertising such as PPV. Try companies such as Lead Impact.

If you are hoping for another human review, you will have to wait till they get around to it, which could take a while.

Also, make sure you delete the campaigns, even if they are on hold, if you don't, you run the risk of Google Banning your Adwords account forever.

Happened to me 2 weeks ago (i had way too many affiliate links), i sent a ticket and told them that i had done some revision on the site, after a couple of days i received an email stating that they reviewed it again but they said that it's still low quality

I think you should try sending a ticket too.

First of all, this thread belongs in the Adwords forum and will eventually
      get moved.

Second, once you're slapped, it is close to impossible to recover, especially
      these days.

There is nothing you personally can do other than actually contact Google
and beg them to manually review your site again.

Otherwise, nothing is going to change.

That is the reality of what you're dealing with.

You might as well find another method of traffic generation to replace adwords, as it can be difficult to recover from this. This is exactly why I don't deal with Google Adwords. I know a lot of people are using it successfully, but it just has never worked out for me personally.

I don't enjoy breaking even when I can get non-paid traffic with article marketing, classified ads, and forum marketing.

    Just my opinion of course.

        Hi OBM,

You can often rehabilitate your account. I would suggest that you delete your old campaigns, create a new campaign, create one or two adgroups using a single keyword. Select the keyword and ad text that previously gave you the highest CTR and set it up as an exact match only. Set your bid and daily budget very high and monitor.

Once you get impressions going your account will automatically adjust Quality Scores as your CTR history builds. Account Quality Scores are weighted heavily towards recent history so after a period of relatively high CTRs your scores will improve accordingly.

A word of caution, do not assume that you have corrected every deficiency in your landing page quality. I recommend that you go through every aspect of Google's guidelines and look at your landing page through a highly critical magnifying glass. You may have several deficiencies and correcting only one will not help.

I had my adwords account slapped recently, and I had a few emails with their help desk to no avail (they essentially told me that it was suspended indefinitely, and that they wouldn't tell me why other than that I had breached their terms of service), so at first I just set up a new account, but I've recently just moved everything over to yahoo/msn which has given me a new burst of optimism for ppc stuff it seems as though they are much more lenient and i'm looking forward to seeing what happens also you can import all of your adwords campaigns into yahoo pretty easily as well (which was the only reason I tried it ... haha).
