I picked up that you have 5 domains providing incoming links at the moment. Keep up the link building and be patient. It can take time for the effect to show.

You seemed to be very focused on the one key phrase. Have you done some keyword analysis to find out the phrases that people are searching for? For example supplements, whey and protein are popular word that you are hardly using. Google's External Keyword Tool is a good place to start.

It's good to focus on a key phrase, but make sure its popular, and don't over do it. Using other popular phrases around it always help.

You'r over repeating in the page title and meta description. Remember that these are the heading and snippet used in search results, so sell yourself to people here. Keywords in the title is good but is not required in the description, so you can go full on marketing copy for your description.

Meta Keywords is of little importance, however yours is very spammy (word repetitions) so may flag your page as such.

Otherwise, your html is in good order, you have an h1 tag and all your links are visible. So no work needed there.

What are you trying to get people to do on the site. Buy something? It's not that clear. Make sure you include call to actions to encourage visitors to reach your goals.

You might want to add something like Google Analytics so you can track what people do on your website. Then you can see what is working or not and tweak things in the right direction.

ah okay this has helped alot, i shall go remove some of the keywords and replace them, i was told that to have a very good keyword and rank better, that to have a density of keywords, so thats why theres so many of my keyword in there, i shall go check over it, change some creatine and ad whey protein etc, i may also write a new article including a range of keywords,

i have google analytics on the site and every so often check it, but i dont have very many visitors at the moment.

i shall go change the all the things you said, i will post another again after i have done so if you dont mind checking it?

Here's a mock up on what your new title and description would look like in google results:
Nutrition Creatine - Your only Nutrition Creatine site with...
Nutrition Creatine - A website dedicated to selling you safe
products along with helpful facts and information on creatine...
In my mind, there's still too much "Nutrition Creatine" for it to scan well for humans. Maybe this would work better
Your only Nutrition Creatine site with reviews and facts on...
A website dedicated to selling you safe products along with
helpful facts and information on creatine and other supplements.
The people into keyword density talk about a maximum density you can have before it becomes spam, so having your chosen phrase in every sentence can end up being bad. It also seems the keyword density method is becoming less relevant so focusing on it will probably not result in major improvements.

My personal methodology is to find out the relevant phrases people use in searches but have low competition levels and then try and incorporated them all in my content. e.g. optimum nutrition creatine powder, bodybuilding diet nutrition, build muscle quickly. If a phrase stands out, then create a new page dedicated to it.

Something else I spotted. You want every page to have different titles and descriptions that target different keywords. At the moment they are all identical so in a way are directly competing with each other. Just a waste.

p.s. the meta keywords look great. concise and cover your main subjects. Make sure you use all those keywords in your content.

ok thank you very much, i added a new piece to my home page, which i hope is more likely to let people know that i am selling products not just for information, and i will now update to what you have said, may take a while to go through and re-write all of my articles to try and include many different keywords, would of been better if i had known from the start, but atleast i know for next time around.

    thanks again

I have had pages 1st on Google many times and then they drop, come back somewhere a bit lower down, maybe back to 1st again and then down again.

You really cant tell, I would say if your site is fairly new just work on it, keep building links, use every avenue, get some good recommened books on SEO (Current) and keep updating.

One of the best things to do is submit to RSS directories so everytime you build a page you are automatically building a link or if you have your site added to 20 rss directorys you will be building 20 links per post!! (wouldnt use the same username for all the places you sign up to to add/bookmark/build links to your site though)
