Who's heard of "Drag'n'Drop" Websites?

Who has heard of this site/service - Drag'n'drop websites (<-not an affiliate link)
I saw it being used in a video by Nathan Anderson to create quick sites for CPA and adsense. Now, I'm not as interested in that side of things, as I am the fact that (supposedly) this site/service can create sites that will get top rankings in google w/seemingly little to no SEO effort on your part. You setup the website using their simplistic WYSIWYG editor, drop the little bit of content you have in it, and forget it.
Now, this has my "BS" alarm ringing like crazy, but at freakin' $997 registration *and* $997 per month, they dang well had better produce some pretty super-wazoo results.
Has anybody ever heard of this? (I did a quick forum search, but didn't come up w/anything.)
Now, I'm no expert by any means, but I just can't see how this service (or platform or whatever you wanna call it) could build a site that ranks tops in google - even for relatively competitive KWs (as per the Nathan Anderson vid) - w/little to no other SEO work, backlink building, or whatever.
According to the site:
"No need to buy traffic
Keep your webpages fresh with unique content by placing several rotating RSS feeds to ensure that all pages are unique and highly related to the topic for increased SEO traffic."
and
"No need to hire a Search Engine Optimization pro
...Use our SEO linking structure to ensure all of your web pages get indexed quickly into the search engines."
Surely a rotating RSS feed can't be worth *that* much in terms of SEO, can it (esp when you can get other rotating RSS feeds for WP, html, or whatever...is it that big of a deal/help)?
And as far as their linking structure goes, maybe I'm comparing apples to oranges, but I've read that one of the reasons that EZA articles rank better than the other articles directories is b/c of their linking structure. But, that doesn't stop people at all from still doing other SEO (backlinks, linkwheels, etc) to help get EZA submissions ranking tops, as EZA by itself isn't enough.
I dunno...I'm of the mindset that if something seems 'too good to be true', it generally is. But for $997/month...whoa...they gotta be producing *some* kinda results, right? I mean, what would keep somebody from using another simplistic editor (say WP or weebly) and repeating the same type of site (same content, plugins, etc.) there? Why would it not get the same kinda google ranking?
Anybody know anything about this?
