I have a website that gets about 50 google clicks a day, but I'm having difficulty turning these clicks into money.

Does anyone have any general tips to convert my hits into $?

Thanks!

Are you talking about your "disc golf" site?

If so, you might want to put an affiliate link at the end of the review that leads to the actual product!

As it is now, people have to read your review, then figure out where to go or what to do next to buy it. Don't do that. Make it EASY to buy... and they just might.

    Regards,

    John

Couldn't have put it better myself.

Also I do not know much about your niche but if you can join a CPA network and look for offers related to your niche or fits the demography of your visitors. Test different offers you might just find one that converts.

If you can identify (using G analytics or webmaster tools) which post is the one that gets most traffic from Google then edit that post and put in some affiliate links in there or any product that you want to sell. This way it is more targeted and your chances of getting conversions are way much higher. Give this technique a try.. it might work well for you

Add footers to each of your posts using the Wordpress footer plugin and advertise with adsense or an affiliate link in that footer.

50 clicks a day is really low volume for adsense. You can use affiliate links but still the traffic should be targeted for the affirliate sites.

I have never heard of disc golf, looking at your siite it was not obvious straight away what it was about either. Most visitors spend something like 2 seconds on a site unless it grabs them. May be you could add some explanation of the basics at the top of the page, with pictures of people playing and a video would be great here too. I would place some adsense adverts on the site also, and as others have said you need an obvious "BUY IT HERE" type link to your product, hope this helps.
